By downloading, installing, or using the Truveti mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

Truveti LLC reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of service

Truveti is a mobile platform that connects users seeking services with professionals and local businesses. The platform allows users to post service requests, browse available professionals, view real-time offers, and communicate directly within the application.

Truveti acts as a platform intermediary only. We do not provide the services listed by professionals and are not responsible for the quality, legality, or completion of any services arranged through the platform.

Truveti does not employ, endorse, or guarantee any professionals listed on the platform. Any agreements, transactions, or services are solely between users. Truveti is not a party to any agreements and is not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcomes of services.

3. Eligibility

To use Truveti, you must:

• • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• • Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

By using Truveti, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@truveti.com.

Truveti reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in behavior deemed harmful to other users or the platform.

Users may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting support@truveti.com. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

5. User conduct

When using Truveti, you agree not to:

6. User-Generated Content & Moderation

Truveti allows users to post content including text, images, and other materials. We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful.

Users may report content or behavior that violates these Terms by contacting support@truveti.com. Truveti may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content or suspending accounts.

7. Content

By posting content on Truveti, you grant Truveti LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of providing the service.

You retain ownership of all content you post. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights to post any content you upload. Truveti is not responsible for user-generated content and reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Truveti application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Truveti LLC does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not endorse or verify the credentials, qualifications, or identity of any professional listed on the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Truveti LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the application shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Truveti LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or behavior deemed harmful.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@truveti.com. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

13. No Guarantee of Results

Truveti does not guarantee that users will receive job requests, leads, or business opportunities through the platform. Results may vary based on user activity, content, and market conditions.
